MATERIALS PROCESS GUIDE

The Materials Guide contains generic processing information for a range of common injection moulding materials, so it is possible to quickly look up the mould temperature , melt temperature and a few basic physical attributes in either Metric or Imperial units.

INJECTION MOULDING SOLUTIONS GUIDE

The Injection Moulding Solutions Guide contains helpful solutions to common injection moulding problems. iMoulder includes alphabetical list of range of common problems and if the user opens a problem tab they find a description and in most cases a photo of the problem. Opening the solutions tab lists in point form practical options to implement on the moulding machine in order to help reduce or eliminate the problem.

MATERIALS SEARCH

The Materials Search facility is a comprehensive database of common polymer grade names, polymer generic name and manufacturers details. This is very handy as the user can search on the material type, trade name or manufacturer and then flip straight to their web site for more detailed information if required.
